 The panel consisted of three judges (the President, Lord Neuberger, presided; Lords Reed and Clarke also sat) The result of this is that Chobani has to pay FAGE’s costs in the Supreme Court, plus the further instalment of costs from the Court of Appeal order, which works out at an extra £170,000 -- and that's an awful lot of yoghurt -- payable within four business days.
