Perhaps Rhonda Bentzen can address the truth about her relationship with Structured Asset Funding AND the issue of structured settlement payment "servicing" on her blog and thereby do more for the industry than provide an out of date gossip column and a 5 month old post wherein mixed metaphors demonstrate a poor grasp of political history while seeking to thwart an attempt to provide transparency that appears to be lacking in her own business dealings with the industry. Curious after hearing the structured settlement recipient's  story covered in the preceding post, this author has begun a state by state investigation to learn if Bentzen Funding Solutions and Structured Asset Funding have registered in states where this author has  information and/or reason to believe that Rhonda Bentzen solicits business from structured settlement professionals. The legality of factoring is not disputed, the assertion that IRC 5891 made it legal (as the pedant Hindert and the bellicose kickback paying factoring broker to the structured settlement stars, Rhonda Bentzen have asserted) is; and now...(3)by making the preposterous implication that Washington had "settlement planning" mind in enacting the legislation creating IRC 5891.Hindert's continued attack on Richard Halpern is easily dispatched.
