England is getting the Olympics in 2012, and while the U.S. could put the World Cup on very well in short order (lots of really big, really good stadiums), I would rather see us host the 2018 World Cup with lots of time to really develop and put on a great tournament.I still hope the World Cup happens in South Africa because it is important both for FIFA and African football to have it there, but in reality, there is much work to be done.
