Assuming now that the Toni Locy contempt case is over -- and let's hope that the judge doesn't try to punish Locy for her principled refusal to betray her sources in the Steven Hatfill privacy case, now that the government has coughed up millions to settle Hatfill's claims -- we can breathe a sigh of relief and move on.
