Today comes word that another federal district court judge won't let the FDIC worm its way out of a $10 billion lawsuit filed by a very honked off unit of German bank Deutsche Bank AG over some odoriferous toxic waste the late, great Washington Mutual originated and pooled into a slag heap that backed some perfumed securities for which the Deutsche is the trustee.
