For whatever reason, Dallas judges have actually scheduled more executions so far than judges in Harris County, though overall executions from Harris outnumber all other sources.Interestingly, according to summaries on the TDCJ website, the first five men scheduled to be executed had no prior prison record before they committed the murders that put them on death row; four of those five offenses also involved sexual assault. hey well here is my story . my husband was arrested in july 2011 .. he violated his dui probation about 5 years ago … never getting into trouble changed his life … he finally met someone that was good for him and now he has a real family .. he does not drank anymore … he was sentenced in sept 2011 to 2 years .. his lawyer told him he would go there and turn right back around since he has never got into trouble in 5 years … well he is still there and no sign so far as to… [read post]
