Essentially, this criteria means that a person can continue to receive PEUC benefits rather than regular unemployment benefits if that person still has weeks remaining on their PEUC claim, their current benefit year does not expire until after 27 Dec. 2020, and the total weekly benefit amount in regular unemployment benefits is $25 less than what they are entitled to with their current PEUC benefits.
