      However, when I informed the Wichita Falls Municipal Court and Prosecutor that my driving record had been corrected by TXDSP to show that my license should not have been suspended when I was cited in August 2010 for driving with a suspended license and requested that the Court dismiss my nolo contendere plea, I was told that because I did not timely appeal the conviction in October 2010, the Court lacked jurisdiction to alter its final order.
