I hesitate to attribute reason to their choices, but they don't seem to worry about whether things posted by others, whether in the comments or by guest writers, The bloggers/blawgers are thoughtful and accurate when it comes to their own writing, yet feel no compulsion to act when someone else muddies the waters with misinformation.
