Specifically, the Court of Appeals held that the District's decision to terminate its WEAIT group Long-Term Care ("LTC") policy in June of 2013, did not violate the terms of previous Collective Bargaining Agreements ("CBAs") between the District and the Little Chute Education Association ("LCEA") because all of the CBAs from 2001 and on "included clear anti-vesting language.
