  If the ACA’s combination of government-subsidized insurance for employees plus government-imposed taxes on employers really is better for both the employer and the employee, then shouldn’t every large employer in the country that’s economically rational immediately drop its insurance plan (and force the taxpayers to bear the cost of their employees’ insurance)?
