While I think Facebook has the better argument – the news articles may be everything to the media organizations but are a tiny part of the Facebook universe that are not even posted in full – it is hard to see how this amounts to anything more than a dispute over a licensing fee with the Australian government intervening by creating a binding arbitration mechanism to mandate the licensing fee.
