Today I flew to Los Angeles, where tomorrow (Thursday) I will be presenting my paper on Henry Simons at a USC Law School tax conference commemorating 100 years of the income tax.If I do say so myself, this is not only one of my shorter papers but (I think) a fairly entertaining one, in which I tried for more flair than seems appropriate for some other topics.
