In a contentious bid for the single New York County Civil Court seat now open in the 9th District, Mary Rosado and Andrea Masley, the two Democratic Party candidates, each filed challenges to the other's petitions.At a hearing held earlier today before the Commissioners of the New York City Board of Elections, the Board found that of the 6,274 signatures submitted by Rosado, only 1,320 were valid.
