More than that, I am always motivated to persuade judges, jurors, and prosecutors, while standing up to the prosecutors, police, opposing witnesses and lawmakers who want my client convicted and caged/jailed; want to satisfy what they believe the general public, their superiors, or colleagues want; or simply do not give a damn what happens to my client. Grading the grad papers can be easier, assuming I saw fairly complete drafts, but even so, I spend 30-40 hours grading and entering grades during finals week. [read post]
