Of course, those parties might try to deny liability by arguing that a “clean” CT scan means you did not suffer an injury, but with an experienced brain injury lawyer representing your interests, you can give yourself a strong chance of batting away that argument by collecting other evidence to prove that you did, in fact, suffer a concussion because of that party’s wrongful decisions or actions.
