The CPSC has granted a stay of enforcement of the lead content requirements in the CPSIA with respect to certain parts of motorized recreational vehicles designed or intended primarily for children 12 years or age or younger, namely youth all terrain vehicles, youth off-road motorcycles and youth snowmobiles, until May 1, 2011 However the stay is conditioned on 11 conditions.
