The effect is there is one group and one group only that cannot meet (as a practical matter; they can get in line with all the other public groups, AA, model railroaders etc that would like to use the law school to meet and don't get to because they are behind the student, staff and faculty) in law school rooms, cannot set up their table at the fair, cannot get speakers in etc. [read post]
