Thus, while the intention of the new Art. 11 RPBA certainly is laudable and the BOA have perhaps tended to unnecessarily remit too many cases in the past, it would probably be welcomed by the parties if they received case management directions by the BOA very early in the appeal proceedings, informing them which points of contention will be dealt with during the appeal procedure and which points need not be addressed by the parties in view of a planned remittal should they become relevant.
