My thanks to IntLawGrrls for inviting me to provide this guest post about my recent article, Multinational Class Actions Under Federal Securities Law: Managing Jurisdictional Conflict, published in the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.The project grew out of some earlier work on the topic of transnational regulatory litigation, which considered the circumstances under which domestic regulatory law might be applied to curb global economic misconduct.
