Newton's laws of motion exist as a subset in Einstein's general relativity, but M-Theory exists on its own, with no subspace that contains current physical laws.Or, to be more accurate (but still as vague as M-Theory allows), M-Theory implies a multiverse which is so vast (10^500 or so individual universes), with each one having different physical laws, that there has to be one of them in which we exist, with our current laws.
