The case is the ominously titled C (A Child) (Judicial Conduct) [2019] EWFC B53, and it is an appeal from a named District Judge sitting in Birmingham to a Circuit Judge sitting in Nottingham - the appeal was against a decision made in care proceedings (a placement order), and the appeal was allowed because of the judges shockingly inappropriate conduct.
