Hajji's attorney said that Hajji had been sentenced to eight years in prison after his return in 2007 from Guantanamo Bay.In a second article, the Miami Herald reports that Mohamed Ben Riadh Nasri, a former Guantanamo detainee, was convicted in an Italian court Monday of criminal association with the aim of terrorism and sentenced to six years in prison.
