In a series of courts-martial in Somalia, a military judge sentenced 2 soldiers (Ali Mohamed Nur and Ahmed Mohammed Sahalto, ranks unknown) to death for murdering fellow soldiers, while a third got 2 years of confinement for selling his issued weapon, and a fourth was acquitted.The Somali government executed 3 convicted soldiers in January.
