As there was a caveat in the survey report, suggesting that a potential reason why people don't turn to blogs is that "a higher percentage of people are interested in turning to blogs to help find a lawyer than the percentage of solo and small firm lawyers who have blogs," Kevin and Will called a truce.Because the shift in blame turned to "solo and small firm lawyers," Carolyn Elefant jumped in to cut through the empty rhetoric. As Carolyn Elefant points out, the law school incubator concept isn’t entirely new, but UMKC takes matters a step further than other programs.Many states have implemented some kind of “bridge the gap” program in an effort to connect new graduates with experienced lawyers, but I wonder how much oversight actually takes place.
