First you tried to have MERS foreclose… but since they never owned anything, were never a party to anything… and in fact have nothing to do with borrowers and their homes, it started to be slightly questionable that the electronic registry with no employees, but more signers that the entire country of Italy has Vespas, so you moved on to the computer generated signature.
