HI I have a major problem my ex-husband is $10,00.00 behind in his child support I do have a case open with dept of rev CSE and we have gone to court several times over the same issue, however the last time we went to court 8/5/10 he was found in contempt due to non-payment and he advised the hearing officer on our case that he could pay $25.00 on that day and then $1000.00 on 8/20/10 it was ordered for him to do that and I was not thrilled that is all they made him do in fact the hearing… [read post]
