Now, where you're on an account as a signer only because you have a relative who needs you to manage their affairs, and you never deposited a dime of your own dough into the account, and you've never used a dime of the dough in the account for your own uses, and you'd be guilty of a breach of fiduciary duty if you did swipe mom's dough for your own use, there shouldn't be much of a problem with the bankruptcy trustee.This is parallel to the "mere legal title" issue… [read post]
