Craig Estes has a bill, SB 1796, up in the Senate Criminal Justice Commitee this afternoon banning use of Salvia divinorum by Texans 18 and under.I'd not heard of this drug before, but it appears to be a psychoactive plant originally used by Indians in Mexico as part of shamanic religious rituals.
