  Apparently through a Medicare audit, the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services learned that a number of Wisconsin medical oxygen suppliers, distributors and manufacturers are out of compliance with state law because they do not have pharmacy, manufacturers, or distributor licenses.
