Law might not be the first solution one wouldthink of given that it is often considered to create confusion, delay action and might pos-sibly discourage goodwill.Yet it should be clear, that if we want to bring about change in the long run, it is insuf-ficient to rely solely on civic virtue and/or trust in science to mitigate climate change. Indeed, the Law No. 15/2021 deleted the all references to “foreigners” in the Law No. 14/2021 and replaced the term with a more neutral one: “persons covered by the provisions of this Law [al-mukhatabun bi hadha al-qanun]”. [read post]
