C.O., 2010 BCSC 1872 (CanLII) concluded that in deciding whether to allow a litigant to proceed by way of pseudonym in a judicial review application the court is required to consider : whether there is any extraordinarily sensitive personal information about the physician, the complainant or a third party; whether the party affected objects to the disclosure; and whether disclosure of the information would undermine the very purpose of the judicial review application.
