Websites such as CarFax makes us feel that these practices can be stopped but leave off a lot of information and can often be incomplete allowing used car salesmen to still find victims for their questionable merchandise. [read post]

An earlier article on the MannerLaw Blog posted on April 14, 2012 focused on the a Clearwater Florida used car dealer that was offering cars for sale on eBay, that appear to have clean titles, and clean CarFax or AutoCheck vehicle history reports, but research indicates that many of the cars being offered by this dealer, have suffered significant collision damage.
