Absolutely absurd that voters can't know where the Governor went on their dime until 18 months after the fact, and downright pathetic IMO that the Governor would seek such an exception, much less that the Legislature would grant it.Lots of other interesting stuff in the report but I thought I'd point out at least those few items.
