Apparently the terms that the parties came to agree upon had little to do with specifics relating to their assets - one can speculate that if Hill cared enough then about what she claimed to care about now, had her inquiry resulted in the discovery that Dittmer was worth $50 million rather than merely $40 million, her attorney might have been motivated to negotiate a better deal or request some additional provisions.
