Now it looks like that process might be held up, because CSIRO are back, and apparently refusing to promise not to sue those who use its patented technology in their products.IPBiz asks: does the fact that CSIRO brought suits in ED Texas against the likes of Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Apple and Netgear qualify CSIRO as a patent troll?
