wsj.online noted: Amgen Inc. said a federal court granted the biotechnology company a permanent injunction prohibiting Roche Holding AG from selling its Mircera anemia treatment in the U.S., while also upholding a jury verdict regarding certain patent-infringement claims.The ruling represents a big victory for Amgen, whose anemia drugs Aranesp and Epogen accounted for more than 40% of its revenue last year.
