Interestingly, since these two lawsuits were filed more than a year ago, there have been no further lawsuits of this type filed, even though there have been a number of very high profile data breaches since that time – including, for instance, those involving Home Depot, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Anthem (not to mention the massive breach last week involving U.S. government personnel records).
