Other than the point I noted below re: Mr Bowers, this is an excellent article explaining how sex offender laws effectively entrap many registrants by failing to provide them with CLEAR EXPLANATIONS of the laws they are to follow, and in some cases they receive NO NOTIFICATION. [read post]
