Image via WikipediaPhiladelphia CityPaper reports that the City of Brotherly Love is not showing much love toward bloggers by requiring them to fork over $300 for a business privilege license.The Philadelphia Dept. of Revenue (DOR) sent out scads of letters to bloggers informing them of the need for the license and advising them that any profits their blogs generate (snicker, snicker) are subject to taxation.
