An interesting debate has broken out at the Texas prosecutors user forum between Williamson County DA John Bradley and another Texas prosecutor over the question of the propriety of Bexar County DA Susan Reed's blustering announcement that participants in a needle exchange program approved by the Legislature would be subject to arrest.
