In Pennsylvania, the law states that the driver of a vehicle involved in a car accident that results in injury or death of a person shall immediately stop their vehicle at the scene of the car crash or as close as possible but shall then return to and in every event shall remain at the scene of the Pennsylvania car accident until he/she has given information and rendered aid.
