There have been so many decisions in this dispute between the parties, in, for example the USA, Germany, and the Netherlands (and this is without considering any of the patent issues, or issues relating to mobile phones as opposed to tablet computers), that it is easy to forget that all of the decisions so far, at both first instance and appeal, have been about whether to grant interim/interlocutory injunctions, and about procedural issues.
