I'm not sure I get this, but, is he saying that, if, a registered sex offender or everyone on the registry used an alias of say, John Walsh or Chet Edwards (the guy who inserted the objectionable language into major bills), then anyone -anywhere in the nation- with those names would be in trouble because of a sex offender using an alias that matched their name?
