Lilly, No. 06-2613 Denial of an inmate's habeas petition based upon ineffective assistance of counsel is affirmed where there was sufficient evidence for a jury to have convicted defendant, and therefore no prejudice to defendant resulted from heeding his attorney's advice to waive a jury trial.
