Consistent yes, but in my view the marginal gain in independence will be more than offset by the enormous increase in corruption and misconduct of judges due to the lack of accountability.We have advocated for a long time that there needs to be set up a Constitutional National Judicial Complaints commission, which will have the power to take disciplinary action against judges.
