Morris said he does not want to give permission for authorities to enter his and his wife's home at any time to search his computer.Scott County Prosecutor Jason Mount declined to discuss the suit or Morris' criminal history.According to court records found by Marty Randall of The Giveaway newspaper in Scott County, Morris was charged with Child Molesting as a B felony in October of 1994.
