Although the court concluded that A.S. is not a sexual deviant, but rather an immature teen who engaged in an unfortunate sexual experiment, the court upheld her conviction, and the application of Megan’s Law [N.J.S.A. 2C:7-19, et seq.] to this child. [read post]
