Access to standard-essential patents on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms is not a "left or right" question.I'm not aware of any other patent blogger who would have declared himself a support of Donald Trump as early or as unequivocally as I did (January 2016), and there are several policy areas in which I really like it when the Trump Administration does away with Obama policies that I consider misguided and some of which clearly failed… [read post]
