This becomes an up-hill battle in the court system due to the fact that a person charged with a sex crime can't bring much if any evidence into court because of rules in place to purportedly protect the victim, when they in fact deny the accused a fair and impartial trial.To make an accusation of sexual misconduct toward an adult a child need only point a finger.
